Account Security

We retain account data for the period required under applicable regulations. Once that period expires, or upon a verified deletion request, personal data is removed from active systems within thirty days.

We store identity details you provided at sign-up, transaction records for deposits and withdrawals via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe, and session logs. No data beyond what is operationally necessary is retained on our systems.
